My guess is all those "non-essential" businesses will start quietly opening, following the social distancing rules the big guys have implemented.

Downtown is City Dock area. The capitol is about a half mile up from there.

Okay. I've just always thought of that as the same general area. When we go up there, we park in the parking deck that's part way between the water front and the State House and just walk the whole area.

First, I'm all in. Real question: Can we get some restaurant's to get into a little bit of civil disobedience? It's late on Friday but I'd love to have "shock" a buffet or two where everyone from places other than Annapolis could recharge as part of the Constitutionally protected assembly. You know, get together and trade Covid horror stories. Discuss hiring people and working toward what I'm calling "Normalization Day" real soon...
