pretty much.. there is a place like it at columbia mall called libby lu's some friends of mine took their girls and they had a blast.. and the mom told me that the place does INCREDIBLE business. long appt waits.

You can cut your own hair, sew your own clothes, cook all your own food, but occaisonally it's nice to go out and have someone do it for you.
We only do braids and wigs.

I called and they told me there was no website as yet. Prices were not bad. $28 for a pedicure and a manicure.
