Finally she gets up to wander over to another table and Boy looks at me and in all seriousness states "Man Dad, she is really hot but I am here to tell ya she aint very smart. Why the heck wont she leave us alone?"

Let me chime in as well....
Tomorrow I go to the school for the "Student of the Month" ceremony to honor my daughter. She also got honor roll for academics and character. Yes, I'm a very proud mama.

My girls made me proud once again.

2nd grader- all Satisfactory and Outstanding

7th Grader- Straight A's as usual.

8th Grader- A's & B's

12th grader- A's B's and 1 C.

I don't give money for grades. I figure I'll give them enough of my money once they start college. :lmao: We'll go to a favorite restaurant for dinner Saturday night to celebrate.

I'm a pretty laid back mom when it comes to alot of things, but they know that good grades are expected if they want to have a life. A D or F means they're grounded form EVERYTHING. And they don't want that.

Another boy story. Gather round.........

One day we are driving and Dr. Laura is on XM. He says "Dad, what does Dr. Laura look like?" I said well listen to her voice and try to imagine what she looks like. He says "I bet she looks like DJ" Well a few days later Dr. Laura is on Hannity & Combs. I yelled back to him and said come out here if you want to see what Dr. Laura looks like. Out he comes, goes right up to the tV and looks at her and turns. "Dad, she is kinda pretty but she is old, not like DJ, she is young looking and pretty"
Young Grasshopper is learning early from PaPa the fine art of schmoozing and appropriate pickins' :yay:

Next, it's the ultimate honing of :buttkiss:

:yay: :yay:

Congrats on the grades and a great kid!! :huggy:

Handsome, charming and smart. Hide your daughters.

I now have to figure out something to reward him. :ohwell:

...how about a new driver? Maybe a Cobra? I mean, you're not using it...
