You didn't slather him before shipping him off...:yikes: :smack:
:smack: Back at ya, it was 4 hours between leaving home and pool. The bottle even had a handy squirt thingy for hard to reach places.

I think Peat should get Coy a cellphone. That way he can call and remind him next time. :yay:
:yeahthat: That way when he's in the pool, phone in his pocket, he can wonder why his Dad didn't call. :lmao:

He didn't, it was 4 + hours. Peat gave him very precise instructions, even told him to have his teacher help him.

Is this a good place for me to post the many dangers of in-ground pools...:jameo: My daughter's pool trip is tomorrow... she'll be given specific warnings about pool filter intakes...:yikes:

You mean you're going to let her go??? Aren't you worried about all the bacteria in the pool from other kids' pee and snot? :shocking:

She doesn't have long hair otherwise she'd be given the "don't let your hair near it or you could drown" speach too...
I'm not sure what to say about a parent who will let their child do something that risks drowning and disembowelment. :ohwell:

My kids never got to do that stuff. They always stayed inside and did classwork when other kids were out risking their lives. My kids are very valuable to me.

I feel so sorry for fair skinned people. I have two girl friends who can't even ride on the car without thier window arm turning red.:ohwell: One has had skin cancer three times and is only in her 20's:yikes:

Thank goodness for indian blood, my kids and I go outside, sun block or no and we never get burned..:yahoo:

SEE???? You people that let your children go out in the hot sun are just asking for trouble. Why can't they just sit in the air conditioning and play video games? That's so much safer.

Yes. Yes I'm going to let her. I dont' want to be one of them "sheltering parents" you always read about... though I'm more concerned with the bateria content from fecel matter brought into the pool by children who weren't taught the fine art of proplerly wiping their butts and those that don't wash their hands...:jameo:

I think you're crazy. I would rather die than take a chance that my child would get someone else's poop in their mouth.

That is such a good thing to teach kids. Particles can float in the air and get on their toothbrush. :yay:
