Now...all the others who do what she has. How can the rooms in the jail become available for offenders to serve their time?

I don't know about California, but I know there's violent crime offenders who get off with far less than Paris Hilton all the time in Maryland.

I got it figured out..
JPC sr. has the HOTS for Paris...and cant stand those jail photos..they ruin his fantasy of making it with Paris....
And that is making him sick!!!

See Inkpen's post immediately preceeding yours. She has found out JPC Sr. wants to make it with her. This is also the reason she has asked that her lawyer not appeal her sentence, she knows JPC Sr. won't go within 10 miles of a jail.
