Paris Hilton Going to Jail?

She should be jailed for the worst faked orgasm in a porn movie.

Prosecutors denied they targeted Hilton, who pleaded no contest in January to reckless driving and driving under the influence. She was stopped twice after that and charged for violating her parole.

I thought you liked all those weird people?

There are some celebrities I give a crap for and some I don't. And Paris is on the "I don't give a crap" list.

Oh gotcha!
Michael Jackson = molesting children, tax evasion, gets away with it, now living in Saudi Arabia. (on your good list)
Paris Hilton = violating probation, deserves death penalty. (on your crap list)

Is this how "normal" Canadians think & feel?

My prediction is that she will not spend a second in jail....Somehow, someway, she'll get off....If nothing else Mommy will have a contract on the judge....I still say if there wasn't such a big deal made over that bit(h she would be a no body...IMO that's all she is ...
:yeahthat:

Totally agree.

I'll be surprised if she spends a day in jail.

AND if she did, I don't think she should get special treatment with a private cell.. Put her out there with REAL people, lets see how she gets treated.

But think of the publicity when they get out. :jameo: :jameo: :jameo:
It did wonders for Martha Stewart. All the talk shows had her on when she got out.. and you know she didn't do ANY of them for free. reinvigorated her show, AND her business. Personally I don't buy anything with her name on it, don't like her, never did.

I didn't think you could appeal a sentence?

Either way I hate to say this but she is getting screwed. How many probation violation/driving on a suspended actually get 45 days in the slammer? Fair is fair, whatever your typical run of the mill violator gets is what she should get.

Well, from what I understand you could opt for a fine, but I think the judge saw her paying a fine as not being a punishment, just a small inconvenience. If it was you or I, and we got nailed with 45 days in jail or a $15,000 fine, both would hurt. It would be a persaonl choice as to what would hurt less. In her case, she has no daily job to get to, she's not going to be fired for being out for 45 days, and the fine would have had no meaning or consequence to her. The ONLY punishment that would have any consequence is take her freedom for a few days, let her dry out in a cell somewhere. Hell, maybe she can even learn a marketable skill while she is in there.

i saw on the internet today that the jails are so overcrowded that she will probably not even do the full 45 days. Michelle Rodriguez (another celeb, from the show lost) had a 30 day sentence and she only served less than half that. if she does a day or two it will make my day :lmao:

Must be otherwise we would be fighting in Iraq too. One less issue for Stephen Harper to worry about.

Plenty do! I believe they are bringing back the DWI charge. Since she had 3 more infractions after the DWI that is probably what they are basing it on.

My 18 (almost 19) year old son has his license suspended for 6 months due to having a 3rd speeding ticket. He drives for a living so we are trying to get him a work permit. So screw Paris! They give people with DWI, DUI's numerous chances, I think first time they should be gone!!!!!! They get behind that wheel and could kill someone and not think twice about doing it again!

Screw Paris, she finally proved the statement "Your as dumb as you look"
