Paving in So Md

Looking for recommendations of paving companies. Interested in having driveway, basketball and shed areas paved. Interested in pricing, quality, customer service, etc.

We've got a 260 foot long driveway and I've been considering paving it. (It's just gravel right now.) I wonder what sort of ballpark figure we're looking at.

Mine is 200 ft and cost 8K
Then last year we added to it for another 4.5K-about 1/2 the size of the original

BUT I wasn't 'bad mouthing' anyone...... Just in today's arena residential paving takes 2nd place to the big jobs. As a matter of fact I have used copenhaver several times for paving AND sealing my driveways and know them personally..............

It wasn't me Suz that gave you red! The Copenhavers are good friends of mine and my parents have used them and there was a wait....I think it depends on the time of year.

Joe Marini Paving out of Clinton does GREAT work. He's done a number of driveways and private roads in my neighborhood. If I had the $$, I'd have him do my driveway in a hearbeat, even if I had to wait for him to get to it.

did my driveway. Had a problem with the quality of the preperation, so water
kept comming through the asphalt. Took the better business bureau to get them to fix it.

I am so very blessed
I used Copenhaver. On a VERY hot day last summer, they came first thing in the morning and completed the job before noon. It turned out great! I just wish I had enlarged my surface area a bit for a turn-around, but that was my fault for not thinking ahead.

There's a new one in Hollywood, he's been working for other conpanies for 20 years or more and now is starting his own company. He's done most of the driveways on our street, the one he had a problem with, he tore up and re-did. But like everyone else here has already said, get on a list now, most places are already booked up for several months. HINT: see if any neighbors are considering paving. It takes time and money to move the equipment around, if there are several jobs in the neighborhood, ya'll make out a little bit better. PM me if you would like a phone number.
