How dare the coast guard use the ramps and cause a little inconvience to the people waiting to use the free ramps. Cripes next thing you know the Navy will want to use the runways on the base!

I'd say, use the seaplane ramp.. if they don't want you to use it, I'm sure someobdy will tell you..

And I checked, you CAN use the seaplane ramp (as you are looking FROM the basin, the ramp on the right) The sail club, MWR and anyone that stores their boats there use it.
