Not a formula but Celestial Seasonings has something called Country Peach Passion. It's a staple at my house.

:yay: My favorite summertime tea and it is a blend of peach and passionfruit flavors. Add a few frozen peach slices to your glass and it's out of this world. They also make one called "Peach Ice" but I don't like it as much.

Stash Peach Tea is also tasty although it is black tea based and has some caffeine in it. Bigelow has their Perfect Peach Herbal Iced Tea that's pretty good, too.

OK, so Boy and I were in Waldorf and we went to Olive Garden instead of Hooters because I am trying to teach him some class.

The beverage I chose was the peach tea, he had a diet coke. he noticed the frozen peach slice in my tea and wanted to taste the tea. He ended up getting his own and now he wants peach tea at home.

So I tried draining a can of the peach juice into the tea......no workie. I looked up a recipe and it said to pour 3 cans of "peach nectar" into 2 qt of ice tea.........no go. It turned out murky like Mississippi River water and it is not that good.

Anyone have a good peach tea formula?

Maybe the secret ingredient is the frozen peach slice - you can only freeze FRESH peach slices, seem to be abundant now.

That whole loose leaf tea thing seems kind of.........well......stuffy

Maybe, but it's good :yum:

...and tastes a lot better than the pre-bagged tea dust from the supermarket.

Amen!

I got addicted to using loose tea while dating a Persian dude. I still have to *sniff boohoo* use tea bags at work.

...Arizona makes a good one as does Snapple. You have to shake 'em up though which can be a pain, but, hey, either you want home made tea or you don't.

This peach tea rocks. I made a pitcher of iced last night and it's all gone. Today I made #528 (raspberry) it's good too but I like the peachy one better.
