The man that got hit is my brother. We still do not know his status. Two of my sisters and a brother are on there way up there. I hope to hear something soon.

My thoughts are with your brother and your entire family. I really hope that he pulls through and is ok. :huggy:

Just though I would post an updated status of Matt. On Wednesday he had a rod put in his lower right leg because he had broken both of the bones. Today he had four titanium plates put in his face. The lower part of his face was disconnected from the top. It was broken parallel to the nose all the way across.

Hopefully they will decide when and where they are going to send him for physical therapy. This is going to be a challenge for him because he has limited use of the left side of his body from a previous accident. Of course he broke his good leg, so crutches are not an option.

Matt is very tough and determined. He will do everything it takes to walk again.

Please continue to keep him in your prayers, because he still has a long recovery ahead of him.

Sounds like he will make it with a long recovery. That's good news. Hope he continues to recover quickly.
