PETCO grand opening......

No, shiznit! I was in there yesterday buying up a few things; the place was gross.

What a disorganized pigpen. The "compare at" prices are hilarious. 16 buck shirt for $24.99, compare at $100.

Ross is hit or miss and I've found that usually you like it or you don't. I happen to like it. I can walk in and usually find something/anything - not necessarily specific - in my size and for a good price. But I can also have fun at yard sales and thrift stores too... :shrug: The difference with Ross, is that a few brands that I like, like Jones New York and such, which fit me well, will have a pair of jeans offerred for 25$ v. 50$. The shoe selection at this Ross sucks, though... compared to up the road.

I kind of wish they'd waited 'till they're done working in there before opening anything. There's not enough parking and there's always equipment and workers running all over. Petco is nice though. Got some saltwater fishes.

I went by Sunday and again this afternoon; both times it was crowded in the parking lot so I didn't go in either time.

Maybe 2A & I will take Bear over for a snack one evening. He's never been in a store before, I wonder what he'll think with rows of toys and treats everywhere.

Have you heard about that doggie cafe in solomans? They are suppose to be really nice- and you can get gourmet treats made. I am thinking of taking mickey over there soon!.




We went to petco today- WHAT A FRICKIN ZOO! But- I got a new rattie baby (literally a baby- no more than 2 weeks old) and some rattie treats and such for the other 2.

From what I hear, sometimes the doggies like to pee on things. And then that attracts the other doggies to pee on things. And then the other doggies. And so forth and so on. I MAY try to take my dog, but she is not nice to other dogs. Thinks she is a doberman or something.

You know, I've been meaning to ask a few questions.

Does Petco have a hired pooper scooper?

And more importantly, with all these pets, what if a dog tries to eat another dog? What if a dog comes up and bites me in the ass? How can Petco do this without getting tons of lawsuits? Anyone?

they have paper towels spray and bags in the isle ways..I dont know about the lawsuit but the Rottie that kept looking at MOuse funny the other day made me nervous and the moron on the end of the leash was scaring me even more

My 13 yr old convinced the 5 yr old that they were REAL Oreos on the treat bar...LOL..it was worth the .50 I paid for the leftover and the chihuahua finished it up for him.
