R.I.P. Bobo, We miss you!
Gone for lunch where? Where are they supposed to go to lunch, the local diner?

I don't know what to think..Huge conspiracy, involving numerous guards and prisoners??
Even though he was a P.O.S. he was still due his rights. He wasnt afforded those rights so yes his Civil Rights were violated.
Well I have been to McDonald's, which has inmates anyway and they don't serve lunch that early.
Why would any place serve lunch in the 10 O'clock hour, is it realistic to think that all the inmates are gone for lunch at 1030? I don't know, not to me.
He was still due his Due Process
Why are you "whoosing" me? I'm asking where the poster thinks the other inmates have "gone to lunch"?
That's what i was saying yesterday.
Too many witnesses that could have heard/ seen something irregular going on in ANY of the cells. No way would he be the only inmate in the prison on that day.
The press has already convicted the guards, and even raked them over the coals for asking for lawyers (you bet your ass I would be too if I was a guard there).
I can't see how anyone could hae gone into his cell and fought him, and strangled him to death without any witnesses (and do it silently).. especially witnesses that wouldn't hesitate to turn in a guard or a cop.
He was in solitary confinement. The cells in solitary confinment do not have any windows on the doors. You can not see who walks past your cell.

Doesnt matter, your defending someone taking the law into their own hands.
Once again, for the slow, i'm not defending the POS killing the Cop.
But no matter whether he was a POS or not, he was in the Custody of Law Enforcement in isolation (by himself). The story as the information has been released, lends you to believe that a Law Enforcement individual (either Cop or Gaurd) decided to enact vigilante justice on him.
Unfortunately for Finley, (in my opinion)that is a larger story, that someone tasked with upholding and defending the law, decided they would meet justice upon White, without due process.

I believe the most high schools start serving lunch about that time. Probably for the same reason, not everyone can eat at the same time, so they have to stagger it out. It wouldn't be unreasonable for those who have food delivered to their cell to be served earlier than the rest, so the cafeteria workers are all covering the cafeteria when most of the inmates are there.Well I have been to McDonald's, which has inmates anyway and they don't serve lunch that early.

Since i have no clue what the interior of a prison looks like, my opinion is based on the TV. I took Solitary to mean what ha been portrayed, an isolated Cell, solid walls seperating neighbors, with a small window in the door.
If what your describing is true, are the walls between Neighbors solid (think Silence of the Lambs)? is it feasible that there wasnt anyone in a neighboring cell as such wouldnt have heard anything out of the ordinary?
Only thing his family cares about is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$...not that POS of a 19yo.
It won't save any money at all and probably cost more by the time all is done with a big suit award or settlement, legal expenses associated with that, another investigation as to the cause of his death, then if determined to be caused by an employee at the jail another court case with those expenses, and if that person is found guilty the same costs for keeping them in prison versus the original POS.Saves a lot of time and money on court case and a life time of free room and board and all the perks that come with being an inamte.
You might as well be defending White, he didnt feel the law applied to him either.
eh. I'm not so sure about all THAT now....
What about unconditional love and all that jazz?
