PGPD PGPD Investigating Fatal Stabbing in Largo

The Homicide Unit is investigating a fatal stabbing inside of a Largo home Monday night. The victim is 72-year-old Lee Harding Jr., of Largo.


On April 1, 2024, at approximately 11:50 pm, officers responded to a home in the 700 block of Narrowleaf Drive for a stabbing. Officers located the victim suffering from stab wounds. He died at a hospital several hours later.


Detectives are working to determine a motive and identify a suspect(s). Preliminarily, detectives do not believe this was a random crime.
