can anyone recommend somewhere to get some photos done for christmas cards? I know that jcpenney's and walmart normally have studios but I don't recall seeing them in the lexington park/california locations. is there somewhere else in this area?

I just had holiday pictures taken at Target. The photographer was very patient, energetic & let us suggest our own poses. I have a coupon, that unfortunately, I couldn't find until afterwards. You're more than welcome to have it.

I had my daughters Christmas pics done at Target one year and they came out alot better then I expected.

Over the last 6 months we have had our new baby there 3 times for pics and they have all turned out well.

Is Carol still working at Target in California? I do my son's photos on my own now, but when I would take him to have them done, she was always my first choice. She was always great with him and got the best shots.

I have to add that I would have continue to have my childrens pics done at Target but for some odd reason "down here" where I'm at, none of the Targets have a picture studio, so I resort to going to Sears. But I would highly recommend the Target in California.

thanks so much for the info. never realized that there was a studio at the california target. I thought it was just the little kiosk for development. guess I'm not that observant!

I've been going to Wal-Mart for years, but just went to the California Target for the first time a couple of weeks ago. They did a much better job and you get to choose the pose you want if you are just getting the package coupon deal. Unlike Wal-Mart where you are stuck with the first picture they take for the package. Don't know the names of the girls working there, but they were all friendly and professional, and no pressure to buy more. I've got several extra coupons if anyone is interested.

While I was there picking up the pictures the other day, there was a girl there waiting to get her senior pictures done. Since I have an 11th grader, it made me go hmmmm. Anyone had senior pictures done there?

One other thing, they are running out of appts fast. You better book now if you want pictures for X-mas. Their number is 301-862-3580.
