I think you should skip the location. Get some props and just green screen the background. Your options are limitless and you can stylize the picture. I've seen alot of Suicde Girls pics and I have not seen anyone do that yet. If you want to stick out and be different thats your best bet. Ideas for this style of photography would be secrete agent with a gun, an anime style costume with biomechanical wires and technology in the fore ground. Or a Sin City style stripper look. Now you can have privacy durning the shoot and get creative without people getting in the way.
