Surprisingly its not, there was actually a light submerged there. I am guessing it indicated where a paticularly nice boat was supposed to park.

Someone hacked my account. I've contacted Image Event several times and have only had one reply that they are working the issueI'm not happy with them at all.

CA is something entirely different and is generally discribed as color fringe or even a halo.

Actually, I knew it wasn't a CA, just making a poor joke. I've been a photographer for many years, even certified for underwater photog. I do find it a neat idea that someone would put a light underwater as a parking marker...

I use Photomatix, Only three are HDR tests in that folder. The rest are normal shots.
