well, like someone mentioned, i'm not sure it would fit width wise...but yes, they do (or at least used to...i have a '92) offer a long bed for small trucks. I don't know how much you really have to worry about width though, i think it would have enough room, but i could be wrong...
i can't find any site online that gives the width of the bed. The overall width is 66.8 inches for a 90-92 ranger. I'd say you easily would have a good 3.5ft if not a little more width in the bed to fit something. How wide is the golf cart from outside of one wheel to the outside of the one on the other side? (maybe you can fit it in the bed upside down?

Is there such a thing as a small pick-up (Ranger, S-10) that has an 8 foot bed? Big enough to carry a golf cart?
Get any old pickup and turn it into a flat bed golf cart carrier.
