Pitchers and Catchers.....

Otter

Nothing to see here
Well lets start in the bullpen, by picking up Bruney and Capps it gives them a better setup man and proably closer then they had last year.
Adam Kennedy at 2nd base solid player , had 20 steals and 11 hrs. 289 average.
Having Nyijer Morgan for the whole year in center he was a real sparkplug for the team when he was aquired last year till he got hurt, good base stealer hit for good average.
The pickup of Pudge at catcher, he will be great mentor for all the young pitchers this team has stockpiled, good for 75-100 games behind the plate. Once Flores gets back they will proably alternate catching.
Elijah Dukes is ready for a breakout season and he and Rigglemen get along great.
Starting rotation the addition of Jason Marquis was good aquisition, can pitch 200 innings, Lannan is solid starter, maybe Olson if he stays healthy, even Liven Hernandez, Craig Stammen as the 3rd man, if one of these guys slips theres other young arms, not including Strasburg that can maybe step up. Then there is the Chinesse guy Wang let him get completly heathly and maybe he can return his form of 2 years ago when he won 19 games.
Then there is the coach, Rigglemen he is so much better then Manny Acta.
Nats have a solid starting lineup with Dunn/Willingham at first or leftfield (of course he is no golden glove) Kennedy at 2nd Guzman at SS and Zimmerman at 3rd. Eiither Pudge of Flores when he gets healthy behind the plate. Willingham/Dunn in left, Morgan in center and Dukes in right.
Of course it all looks good on paper but if some of these guys go down with a injury things could change, but Im thinking at a minimum 20 more wins this year, so Im thinking 500 baseball is within reach.

:yay: The most important thing is the bullpen will be vastly improved..If last years games were only 5 innings, we would have been above 500 last year.
