False Xbox online is far better then PS3... I have both... The dashboad on Xbox is far better.

I currently have both as well and prefer PS3.
Lest we also forget Xbox had a similar breach in 2008 whereby their system was down 11+ days. Xbox is also hacked more often and is much easier to mod. You see this countless times in online lobbies.

Cool. We have PS3: Black Ops and Need 4 Speed. Hubby mostly races online and my youngest does too. My oldest will play Black Ops.

Bullcarp...It was down for 4 days when they added the xbox live Arcade thing... Other then that it was unastable a couple times when big games came out...Halo, COD... Never down for 11 days. Xbox is not hacked near as much as PSN... Jailbreak???? PSN Dashboard blows.

Been on Xbox since day 1 never was it down for 11 days... I Play blackops everynight never see hacked rooms. Played with a guy that just switched to xbox because PSN is junk/Down and he loves Blackops on Xbox. From his mouth he said alot less lag on Live.... You can link all you want but better read it closely.. Intermittent doesn't mean down... Lets go play Socom4, Portal2 or Mortal Combat oh PSN is still down...

Agreed. That post said it had intermittent outages for just under 14 days, which may have been the case back then. if so, it was very limited and very intermittent. I've been on XBL from day one of the first XBox, and it was never down for 11 straight days. At least not for me.
Except for their scheduled downtimes for upgrades (which happen rarely, and in the middle of the night when they do), I think maybe the entire XBL service had been down maybe a total of 3 times when I've tried to get on. And service was back up within a couple hours or so.
Sucks for the PS people. Hope they get it up and running again soon.

But they couldn't confirm or deny that is was compromised, and that's what worries me, considering so much other personal information was obtained and how long it took them to admit it.
I'd just rather err on the side of caution, so I guess it's making frequent stops to the bank for a few more days.
