Remember folks, the next six races are on TNT on cable with live video online at NASCAR.COM. Our favorite sportscaster Lindsay Czarniak hosts Countdown to Green pre-race coverage and postrace coverage!

My picks for Pocono:
Denny Hamlin
Kurt Busch
Jimmie Johnson
Jeff Gordon
Kevin Harvick

Standings going in:

Dipstick 305
Huntr1 285
Clevalley 280
OHG 250
Homede 250
Nacho 190
Wildcat 135

I don't have time (or energy) to go back thru weeks of posts to find your last posted selections. If you don't post this week, I will use what you posted last week. If you didn't post last week, and you don't post this week, I will count that as a No Picks. If somebody else wants to go back thru all the old threads to find peoples picks, that is up to them.

[QUOTE TNT's coverage is gonna kick ass![/QUOTE]

Just so long as they don't always come back from commercial break AFTER something happens. If THEY did like ABC did and cut back to the race when something happened, TNT would do okay. JMO

Kyle Busch or Kurt Busch or Jimmie J. or Jeff G. or "Happy"

"A lot of people don't like Jeff Gordon, because Jeff Gordon E-NUN-CI-ATES - J. Foxworthy

That may be true, but I don't particularly care for him because if you took the phrase 'you know' and the utterance "Uuummm" out of the English language, the boy wouldn't know how to talk.

Damned glad to meet you
I think if Shrub gets a chance at Hamlin it's a done deal. Logano is getting tired of being pushed around too. I'm watching the JGR boys this weekend.

We'll see. Kyle doesn't historically run well at Pocono.

It'll be interesting to see how Logano fares. I was tempted to pick him but I don't know. He's improved greatly over last year, and he does have an ARCA win at Pocono.

On another note, I wonder what's going on at Stewart-Haas Racing. Last year both teams made the Chase. This year, well, Ryan Newman's running fairly solid but Tony is sitting 16th in points, 0 wins, only one top-five finish. Also surprised Mark Martin hasn't won a race this season. Montoya's been another surprise, been expecting him to win a race but he keeps wrecking.

Daytona -- "Wide Open" coverage, they're going to air every green flag lap live with the commercials PIP.

I don't know why TNT's coverage gets such horrible ratings because their coverage is really good.

TNT plays a ridiculous background noise when showing the cars racing. Sounds like a wind storm. Very annoying and they need to stop.

Hamlin
Kyle
Tony
