Saw a group of a dozen+ bikes today 'round 2:30 headed up 235.

Wow, they must have been chilly. I went for a ride last Sunday thinking the temp was kinda nice, to Pt Lookout and back, had nice gloves on, and still thought my fingers would never move again!

I'm usually the last person to say this, I like the cold weather, but...

COME ON SPRING!!!

(my little bike's gettin' kinda lonely out in the shed)

I went for a short ride today to make sure the battery was recharged, Wasn't too bad but my fingers did get a little chilled. :yahoo:

A 6-pack of chemical hand warmers is about $2 at WallyMart. When you get back home, stick them in your bed to keep your toes warm

I thought that's what hubby's back was for?

But, think I'll try them for my next cold-weather ride...

I went for a nice 100 mile ride today. Of course I'm in South Carolina. 55 degrees and mostly sunny during the ride. Just long johns, jeans, hoodie and leather jacket. I was surprisingly warm.

I just did a 25 mile ride and my leathers kept me warm enough so that I was not uncomfortable. My hands did get a little chilled but not bad. :howdy:
