Yes. But the article doesn't say the church goers thought they were skinheads, just that they were "tough-looking guys".

I wouldn't doubt that the journalist used "skinheads" even though noone from the church even made a reference to that group.

But you would think that someone from the church would have just asked if they were in the military while greeting the newcomers... :shrug: Go figure.

I'm sure the investigating officer looked at their ID cards as well.
