Let me ask you. What trademark laws would you enforce? Is it ok for someone who is selling you a car to put a superior manufacturer's name on a substandard vehicle if they sell it to you for less?

What about the loss of jobs? What about the loss of tax revenue? What about the accountability of where the money these people are making going to? If I remember correctly, the vast majority of these people selling these items were not from St. Mary's County.
