Police suplex takedowns...

If a cop stops you for a traffic in fraction, or to inquire about a report of illegal activity in an area you frequent are you going to start mouthing off to them, fighting them and spitting on them?
I've only been pulled over twice, both were within 10 minutes and both cops were asses. They were both fishing because I was in a rental with NY plates at 3am that had a taillight out, with the first I couldnt find the window control fast enough. Hertz put a post it over top of the controls that were on the center dash (POS PT Cruizer). At that point I had been awake for almost 24 hours coming from CA and flights had weather delays.

I’m not saying this is not over the top, but I can’t get upset because some crap bag got his ass handed to him.

If you go out of your way to piss him off, crap’s gonna happen.

I’ll bet the next time a little ****head has an interaction with the police he’ll be in better manners

That's the point. Get away with it once, keep doing it.

I can understand the concern, but at this point, there are so much, bullshit, violence, theft, and other malevolence these days I say, turn them loose in the cities, and let them kill everything that moves after dark

i’m sick of watching the crap bags get away with everything on television lately.
Will you be equally as sick if they do it to someone who isn't a crap bag? My only interactions with police in MD is that I was treated like a crap bag from the start and I was doing nothing wrong any of those times. I can certainly see how some people will escalate the situation when the cop comes in being a dick.

The whole Spiderman mantra of with great power comes great responsibility should hold true and they should be held to a higher standard.

When it happens to a citizen, Yeah. I'll be upset, but so far, it's been ####bags.

And each time the media tries to paint it as "ordinary citizen just minding his own business abused by cops" it turns out, with a little digging past the surface, it was another criminal #### bag.

I've been pulled over by cops a lot of times. I tend to have a heavy foot.

In all of those times, there were a few, three that I recall, where the cop was extremely rude.

Not once, regardless of my infraction, was I rousted, verbally assaulted, or charged with something I didn't do. ( I'd guess in about two dozen + stops over my lifetime so far )

Well aren’t you the good little slave?

I bet you’re the leading candidate for Head Hall Monitor next year in the 8th grade.

If you was rude back I bet a few would have reciprocated, even something like keeping you longer etc. Their behavior shouldn't be subjective.

If a waiter or store clerk was a dick to you I bet you wouldn't accept that.

coulda woulda Shoulda.

I can only think of one instance where I was rude to a cop, and that was in Leonardtown when they shut down. Hollywood Road for some damn marathon they do.

I suggested the practice was grossly stupid, and to tell the asswipes to run on the sidewalk. That’s what it’s there for.

he walked over and stopped the ones running and let me turn up the street so I can get in my damn driveway.

as I said before, all the examples of cops giving these meat heads a beat down is never ordinary citizens. It’s always some ####bag.

My point is that it is the only profession where people can get away with being disrespectful and condescending as the default behavior.
You’re free to file a complaint. Unless you have a problem at the sheriffs or commissioners level, it will usually be addressed.

A.k.a.… Go full Karen.

I don't really have a complaint, what I am trying to convey is not everyone handles the way a cop typically treats someone well and some of these situations could be avoided by treating people better from the start and not immediately assuming everyone is running drugs etc.
