I've added Tylenol Severe Allergy Sinus to my standard Zyrtec treatment. But I'm not cold!!!

Me too, I have to take mine between 5-7 p.m. Took me a while to fine tune that, but it works best.

I take Allegria D this time of year. I use to wait until the last possible moment, but now, as soon as the pollen starts, I start taking it as prescriped. It works for me!
