And if you didn't make those puppies, the homes that you approved could be homes for shelter dogs instead.

I won't get into a pissing match with you. I feel just fine with all that I do and have done to help out several animals in need.

I wish Jake was a shiny dog. My sister had a black poodle and he is so shiny. Jake is white and he is not shiny at all.

Sorry, but responsible breeders PLAN. They PLAN for when they're next going to breed their female. They PLAN homes for the puppies BEFORE the female is bred. They don't just have a litter because "someone wants a puppy." They PLAN what stud they are going to use...not just send out an urgent post on a forum looking for "a nice looking stud." They PLAN what stud they want to use because they think the combination of the particular stud and the particular female will have qualities that will IMPROVE the breed. And last but not least, they PLAN to have room to keep ALL of the puppies their female has because 'what if' something goes wrong and the buyers back out.

Hmmm, "a nice looking stud", where does that quote come from? Not from me go back a read before spouting off. My PLANS for the stud I was planning to use is no longer an option due to NOYB!! I do have people waiting for my pups and ALL pups will have a wonderful home, if things fell there then it would be my home. Lastly if I don't find the RIGHT stud with the RIGHT qualities, then she will remain unbred. Now go about your business!! :buttkick:

if she wants to breed her dog its her business. Just like nobody is telling any of these baby's mommas that they should get fixed instead of knocked up b/c they could adopt.

Its a personal choice. you make yours and let others make theirs.

If she is lucky enough to get her poodle humped in time, however many pups she brings into the world, southernrocks should have to watch the equal number of dogs put down at the local shelter. And if you want me to mind my business then don't post on public boards :buttkick:

Geek, to each their own. I see the dogs and horse at my home right now that were saved from being put down. Don't questions my deeds, worry about your own. :smack:

If it's "to each their own" then why do you care what I post? I hold you to a higher standard because you have known the joy of rescue and seen the need for these animals.

posting the creepy karma you sent me

Poodles 02-12-2007 03:13 PM Just because you live a sad existance do not get upset for wanting to breed the poodle. If the owners dont keep them, guess what i'll drive them to the shelter myself, then you can make a 20 page post about how terrible it is. hahahaha

Does anyone know where I can find a tiny toy poodle for stud. One with great breeding qualities. My poodle will need to be bred within the week most likely. I don't want to travel far. :jameo:

Is your dog registered in Canada? I heard there is a big problem with unregistered dogs going to canada.

Sorry Geek, I didn't send you that creepy karma so don't assume. Any karma to date that I have ever sent is signed by me. Usually if I have something negative to say, I will just put it in the thread. Yep, that karma was strange!!

and i thought they only allowed the holier than's down in the religion forum.

I know its hard for you to belive, but we all know what goes on at shelters.
But that doesn't mean everyone has to choose to get their dog from the pound.
