Pool filling services

I have a 24' 48" deep above ground. I'ts full right now, but I need to know in the future, the best service. I was curious can the fire department fill it?

Fire Departments don't do pools anymore...... a load from Cullins in Clements will run you about $250 bucks for 8,000 gallons, that is a tractor trailer full. Not bad consdering the prices of fuel these days!

Actually, McConnell's told us it would be cheaper but we paid them anyway.

I allways thought those pool filling services are for people who are on wells that contain iron and other minerals that may discolor the pool once you add the chlorine.

Actually using well water can burn out the pump and/or put a strain on your well. I have a well, but I"m asking for the future...
