So, now it is too dangerous to do traffic enforcement when it is rush hour AND too dangerous to do checkpoints when there is a storm?
Do the local LEO get a book of "time out chits" when they join the force???
I don't know about you, but I don't want to sit in my car with the window down if it's pouring - chances are they would be dryer since they would have their foul weather gear.
Doesn't bother me that they postponed because it was a freaking mess.
