dunno, both my vehicles have both auto up and down. Does seem kind of senseless they would make them that way

Oh, right! Shamu can't even jump that high.

It would help if the airplane had an auto down feature on it's windows.
You might want to mention that to the boys at Lear, Cessna, Boeing etc.:lmao:

Now, why does her car have an auto down but no auto up on her window? And why doesn't the passenger window have the same feature?
Passengers don't pay tolls, and their side of the car isn't on the toll booth side of the car.

If only all women came with these buttons.
They do...
"I was a little too tall
Could've used a few pounds
Tight pants, points, hardly reknown
She was a black-haired beauty with big dark eyes
And buttons all her own sitting way up high
Way up firm and high."

It is a safety function.
1- It prevents anyone from getting anything stuck in the window while it's on an auto up track.
2- It prevents the window from damaging the motor/mount by trying to push the window up if there's something in the way. It would be tough to have something interfere much with a window lowering.

Its similar to newer cars having a mechanical switch that is designed to operate down if stepped on/leaned on by an infant/dog/whatever leaning out the window. Ditto sunroofs.

My car has auto up and auto down on both windows.
