One problem with growing your own horseradish is it's kind of like bamboo, you can't get rid of it and it takes over everything.
My recipe is a little different:
Have a friend who is crazy enough to not only grow their own horseradish but grate the chit in mass quantities as well, and likes you well enough to share.
