He is driving on a expired license. He has had 3 years to get to the DMV so he is lying about that. They let him drive off with an expired drivers license? A car that hasn't been inspected with dead tags.? If he wasn't a Hollywood celebrity he would be taking a cab to DMV and a tow truck to get his car home. The first cop was right and the SGT failed to support his correct decision.
