Property rights vs smell

Let me say this doesn't bother me because it's a block away. There is a house that has had trash bags piling up on their driveway since fall. The truck on the driveway first started collecting them, now the truck is covered like it snowed trash.

I can't help but wonder how the neighbors deal with this because you can smell it two houses down.

Curious is there anything they can do? The place most likely will be foreclosed on before long, but summer is going to make some wonderful smells over there.

Let's see .... taking care of an illegal act with an illegal act? A positive outcome. And besides, fu*kface, it was in jest. Making light of the situation. Amazing what those little bullets can do. Maybe a .22 version to minimize collateral (meighbor's property) damage.

Of course the mix of loads stays, incendiary, armor piercing, etc.
