Property rights vs smell

Let me say this doesn't bother me because it's a block away. There is a house that has had trash bags piling up on their driveway since fall. The truck on the driveway first started collecting them, now the truck is covered like it snowed trash.

I can't help but wonder how the neighbors deal with this because you can smell it two houses down.

Curious is there anything they can do? The place most likely will be foreclosed on before long, but summer is going to make some wonderful smells over there.

Why does every ****ing solution you propose involve illegal crap? In this case arson.
Especially since you're too big of a pussy to do any of those things yourself.
it's called thinking outside of the box. It may be squarely in his box, but it's outside of a normal box.

Let's see .... taking care of an illegal act with an illegal act? A positive outcome. And besides, fu*kface, it was in jest. Making light of the situation. Also, and you most likely will not believe, but I've done many things over my life, to correct perceived wrongs, that if caught? Would have been "illegal". Normally, I would take the time to write an extremely vulgar prose directed towards your lack having a ball sack, and the issues surrounding the reasons as to why and how. But for now you are not with my time. So, just fu-k off.

because it's funny, nobody (in their right mind) is going to commit arson, but it's fun to fantasize about revenge.
I sometimes think about situations where kerosene and railroad flares would be a solution.

The M-134 is quite the amazing little machine.
Saw it recently on Weaponology which is why it came to mind.
Amazing what those little bullets can do. Maybe a .22 version to minimize collateral (meighbor's property) damage.

Of course the mix of loads stays, incendiary, armor piercing, etc.
