I guess the jury was actually of "her peers". A bunch of tattooed, pierced, counter-culture, wackjobs. I can imagine how this child was raised, no wonder she is already slutting around, it's probably all she's ever known or seen. The boyfriend should get time over this still, the actual act/crime is spelled out clearly by law so even a bunch of florida 'tards should have no choice but find him guilty.

Speaking of the parties in the article, all 16 of them are crazy. Yes, that includes the jurrors. How the hell is it a crime to smack your kid when they need it, but not a crime when you hold 'em down and give them piercing that they don't want?

Had you read the entire news articles in the links above you would have seen " An arrest warrant has been issued for the mother's boyfriend for allegedly having sex with the girl." That kinda suggests you are wrong.

when it was first posted, but as you can see...the post you quoted wasn't made quite when the article was first posted and i wasn't going to re-read it just for one itty bitty thing.thanks for clearing it up though. i knew i'd read somethin about the boyfriend in that article, apparently not being convicted but at least there is a warrent for him.

you've obviously not seen some of the masterpieces i've seen painted in tatoo form.
do i have any plans to ever get a tatoo? No.
thats my choice, as it is someone elses to get one. There are some pretty amazing ones out there that need to recognized. Not all tatoos are done in some shady parlor where god knows how clean the equipment is.
btw, only reason i really don't want one is cuz i love the beach/sun and sunlight isn't very good to tatoos lol. maybe i'll get one...where the sun don't shine?
