I haven't found one yet I can stomach. You are correct, they taste like crap. I need to add more protein to my diet and gym routine and I need to stay low carb. I wonder if I can find samples online before ordering?

Gotta be low carb this time. When I was younger I used to spend an hour on weights in the gym and 30 min. on the stepper. I would need carbs for that. I am going to try this low carb stuff and see how it goes. I need the protein :yay:

Nature’s Plus has a great product called Spiru-tein.
Spiru-tein provides superior quality soy protein, together with the added benefits of spirulina, vitamins, minerals, diet aids, enzymes and fiber, it's a great-tasting, high quality protein formula.
Spiru-tein powders mix instantly in milk, juice or water. No blender is required. Comes in Vanilla, Carob-Chocolate, Strawberry, Banana, Cappuccino, Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl, Nutty Berry Burst, Tropical, Peaches and Cream, Cookies and Cream, Cherries Jublilee, Double Fudge Crunch, and, during the summer, Pina Colada, and during the holidays, Egg Nog.

Looked up some of the products on their website... Fat content is very low or doesn't exist at all in some blends... :nerd:

Optimum's 100% Gold Standard Whey is pretty good too!

This is whey protein, not soy, and it makes a huge taste difference. Soy is just nasty and leaves that weird backtaste in your mouth for hours.

I can't find my shaker :tantrum Tomorrow will be taste test day here with my blender :yay:

I have one packet left and Crystal Light already mixed up. I am not getting enough protein so I'll see how that tastes.

I suggested she try mixing it with Crystal Light. Maybe that'll work.
Ewwwwww! :lmao:

I do it in the blender with fresh or frozen fruit - tastes like a milkshake.

See, I can't do the carbs. I have to use artificial flavoring.

For what it's worth, Jay Robb makes good protein powder, the best in my opionion. I've tried it mixed with different things.... now I just mix it with water and add some other things... down the hatch. He has the only protein bars that I like, expensive, but worth it too me.
