Authorities said Hernandez had gone to visit girlfriends in their apartment on Tuesday. Bishop was their friend, too, and showed up later. After talking to her, Bishop tried to get Hernandez to kiss him, but she laughed at him.
An anonymous tipster's call led authorities to Bishop, who was arrested without incident at his aunt's home in Washington Wednesday night.
