Putting in a bid on land

Yeah, okay.
If I want to put a bid in on some land that is for sale, how much do real estate agents normally charge for placing the bid?

Hello

Agents usally charge a percentage of the selling price.. which they only get if the contract is accepted and goes to closeing.. so in other words you only pay if you end up buying it.. but what makes it better is that they usally get the money from the seller.. So an agent working on your behalf will split the commision of the selling agent... So you end up paying almost nothing.. to the agent.. maybe a 2hundred and somthing dollar admin fee..

Let me know if you need any more help.. I am an agent by the way..

Land ..Normally it is 10% 5% for the lister and 5% for the selling agent. However you can negotiate the commission.

Unless you are using the agent as a "Buyer's" agent, the seller usually pays the commission. You may have some fees in the closing costs but should not amount to much.
