Question about naming your driveway

Thanks! I called the county and the girl was totally clueless to naming your own street.

Does your driveway or street need to be a certain length before you name it?.

I thought it did but I called the number above and they told me to contact 911 addressing. They said if you don't share the driveway it can't be named.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. Their house is pretty far back off the road. Thats why they wanted a street sign.
