Question for parents

No. If I'm out drinking with friends my kids aren't there. If my kids are there it's family time or time with friends (sans alcohol) and if they're running around there'll be serious consequences. Then again my youngest is 8 so they're past that stage now.

Well this lady the other night..........let her son run around........run under tables (*that people were eating at*) ...........because she was too busy drinking and smoking with her friends. Had I not heard her say "Oh i don't know where my son is.........oh well" I wouldn't have believed it. She completly didn't care.

Would it have been wrong if we had the son sit with us until she freaked out??

If my six year old doesn't want to drink with me, I duct tape her to her chair. Fortunately my four year old likes beer, so there's no problem.

Of course. If I'm having a good time, I can't be bothered with the little brats.

No - Wait a second... I misspelled, "My children wouldn't be there in the first place, 'cos if I was out drinking, my children would be home with a babysitter."

You make me proud.

:lmao: I'll have a couple drink a week at home (that's one every couple days). NLB refers to the Red Bull and vodka as a "mommy drink". He can't stand the taste of wine or the beer I drink (dark) but he'll tell me he likes it just to get a sip then barely gets it down. Bitter beer face all the way yet telling me it tastes good.

GM is the same. He doesn't want it because it tastes good to him he wants it because I have it.

That's how my kids are. I have a picture of my daughter at one sucking on an (empty) beer bottle.

Next time my kids need medicine, maybe I'll put it into a beer bottle.

I normally take my 5 year old daughter out with me while im drinking and hanging out with friends. I think it teaches her 2 really good lessons, she gets a good start on being the DD and experience with driving, also... I hope she learns that drinking is bad.... :otter:

Were we at the same restaurant?

Crazy I tell you. My child will sit still while I drink the night away then drive me home! (J/J) She needed to be watching her child. If she knew she was going to be drinking she should have left the child with a babysitter.
