First off I'm a Christian. But my question is, if you are an atheist WHY would you chose to visit this forum? We live in a county where the goverment doesn't force you to go to church so why do you have to argue withthose who chose to believe in God? Guess I'm just kind of Live and let Live.

maybe you should be asking yourself, if you are a christian why would you start a thread that in all reality will be the starting point of an argument on atheism?

guess i am just kind of a live and let live type......

Same reason you knock on our doors, spread tracts, and try to convince everyone there is a god. Because you want others to know the truth.

They aren't all forms of christianity? Time to crack open my big azz Religions of the world book. Its huge.

no, the founding fathers were not all christians, that was my point. Ben Frankln and Thomas Jefferson both considered themselves deists.

deism does not equal a christian sect.
