How long must you wait for someone that said they'd be back in 15 minutes? It's been 25 since they left and I REALLY want a cancer stick.

Depends... will the world fall apart if you left now?

Generally if it was me, I'd leave, smoke one and come back before they come back and then smoke another one in about 20 min. and they'd only think you went for one break instead of two. :biggrin:

My rule of thumb is leave immediately as soon as they are out of sight. This also applies to call waiting. As soon as you are placed on call waiting hang up the phone and walk away.

This is the same dillhole that said "Oh I see you're finally at your desk," when he came in here the first time. Yeah buddy, cause the only thing I have to do today is sit around and wait for you. :rolleyes:

I'm still being trained in a lot of things, so I spend a lot of time in my bosses office. I work in security, so I can't have anything in my office for an extended period of time because I share it with an uncleared employee, so again, I spend a lot of time in my bosses office.And there was and investigator here this morning, so I had to meet with her. I'm constantly running around to the fax machine or the copier, plus, homeboy stopped by while I was at lunch. . So I'm sure it seems to him like I don't work.
