actually I was in southern maryland and recently moved to upstate NY. We are colder than you all are right now. It only hit 40 here today.

Thanks Ken King. I might try the chiropractor for the sinus problems. Also thanks for the advice you gave me too .

I also suffer from allergies hope this doesnt make matters worse been using allergy meds the whole time too cross fingers that they dont add fuel to the fire.

I have bad allergies and sinus problems too. Some mornings I mucus so bad I have to puke.I never thought of going to a chirorator for sinus. Thanks from me too Ken
