yea, clear as mud
I live on a tree lined road in Chaptico. It's a 1.5 miles to my house on this road. I have noticed several trees, all different kinds, shapes and sizes have a blue paint mark on them (done recently). They obviously have been marked for a purpose, just wondering if someone knows why. I've also seen these markings in certain places on route 234 in Charles County.
Also on Chaptico Rd, there is alot of farm land that have orange flags (not the kind used to mark property boundries) throughout, they look like cable markers, but can't be that because there is no cable in my area). Is the county perhaps marking how much farm land is left?
Does anyone know what any of this means? I'm not losing sleep over it, it's just "curious minds want to know".
