Only happy When It Rains
OK, this is my official rant about the Quizno's in California, MD. I have been eating there off and on since it opened, and I have always been pleased with the food and the service. I decided I was in the mood for a Chicken carbonara sub. I get there, wait in line about 20mins to place my order. I decided to stick it out, as I was picking up for others and I work 20mins away from the store. I place my order, and I was hurried to move up. I normally like to watch and make sure they get it right. I wait in line another 30mins to get to the cash register. When I get there, I tell the woman what I ordered and she hands me a bag of subs. I keep a smile on my face, just thankful to have the food. I take the bag, head back to work thinking all is well. When I get to work, I find that after all that the sandwich isn't even close to what I ordered. Wrong bread, wrong toppings, and wrong sauce. I tried calling the store, but all I get is 8 rings then a fax tone. Obviously I can't drive all the way back up there to complain, due to time constraints. So now I am left pi$$ed! And from what I can tell the store was bought out and the entire staff was replaced by people who have no idea what they are doing. Well that is my rant, and I hope that everyone else considers this little tale before going there.

I emailed them and this is the response I received:

I appreciate your interest in our menu here at Quizno's. I would like to point out that there is a list of selected sandwiches available on the website. The others are still being changed due to vendor changes and the data is not available as of yet. Please keep checking back for more information at www.quiznos.com <http://www.quiznos.com>.

Sincerely,

Quizno's Customer Service Department

I've never been happy with any service I've rec'd at Quizno's. I've gone many, many times and can honestly not remember them EVER getting my order correct. One time they had to make my sandwich 3, yes THREE times. :ohwell:

I went in last friday to get lunch for me and the b/f. No wait, but when I told him what I wanted he rushed me to the register. Well I like to wait and make sure I'm getting what I asked for and that they don't put the whole bottle of Mayo on the sandwich. The young boy working acted like I just wanted to much from him. You took the job, and the job is to make they type of sandwiches people ask for, lose the tude dude! That is the first time I have gotten that kind of treatment. I go there at least once a week.

Well I finally got through on the phone line. Apparently, they let the fax machine pickup during lunch. The manager assured me that I have a free sub waiting for me there. While talking to her, she received a fax from corporate about my comlpaint. Sometimes it pays to be the squeeky wheel.
