Ok, so I went to Quiznos today to get a replacement for yesterday's screwed up sub. It was like the difference between night and day. I walked in and, although it was crowded the line ws moving quickly. I ordered my sub, of course I watched them make it, and I was at the register in just a cpl of minutes. I told the young lady that I ws due a free sub, because of yesterdays mixup. She said, "All you had to mention was yesterday and I know what's going on." I got back to work and the sub was perfect. It was probably the best sub I have ever gotten from there. I would say this is due to them trying to please me, but they didn't know who I was until after it was bagged. One thing I did notice, 90% of the staff was different from yesterday. I think this had ALOT to do with it. I will give them credit, not only were they willing to rectify a bad situation, but they did and then some.
