What is the friggin' deal with all the rain this summer?!
I was hoping that September and October would bring a couple months of dry weather so I can get some outdoor projects done, but here we are, halfway through September, and yet ANOTHER weekend is lost.

I don't remember it raining this much in the past 2 years!

I seem to recall that it rained damn near non-stop spring '03, so compared to that, we've had it good.
