Rams vs. Redskins

Go Rams!
Why not nominate the entire team (Skins) to the Pro Football Hall of Shame? They have about as much chances of going to the super bowl as I have to become the next President in '16.

I thought it was a very nice gesture for the Rams to put their six players as captains right in Snyder's and Griffins face.....

Is that true? I heard that and presume Gregggggg Williams, who Snyder screwed, had something to do with it. What a hoot!

Williams may have had some say in it, but it appears Fisher has a history of similar situations:

http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/1...rams-back-coin-toss-tweak-washington-redskins

"In addition to the six players, Rams defensive coordinator Gregg Williams previously served the same role on the Redskins' staff and Fisher himself is good friends with former Washington head coach Mike Shanahan.

Fisher pointed out that it's pretty common for him to change up his game day captains. The Rams four season-long captains are end Chris Long, linebacker James Laurinaitis, quarterback Shaun Hill and punter Johnny Hekker.

But Fisher has made a habit of letting other players handle those chores. Many times, it's a player who is going against his former team as Fisher did with end William Hayes, tight end Jared Cook and cornerback Cortland Finnegan when the team played Tennessee in 2013.

And in 2000 when Fisher was coaching the Titans, he had the special teams unit announced before a game against Buffalo in a nod to the "Music City Miracle" in which the Titans eliminated the Bills from the playoffs on the strength of a tricky kick return the previous season.":lmao:

You're high.

High but, not real high. They are getting good, real good. They won't make the playoffs at 9-7 but, I'd bet $1 they win out, beating the Cards, Giants and Seattle, at Seattle, and come into next season as the team that can displace Seattle at the top. You look over their season and there are some bad games, getting killed by KC but, man handled Denver, beating Seattle once already and splitting with the 49ers. They played Dallas, San Diego and Philly close and they have back to back shutouts right now. Yes, it's Oakland and us, the Skins but, good teams obliterate bad teams and they did.

Going into next season, who would you rather be, them or who?

I'd rather be them than anyone else in the NFC besides Seattle. Philly, maybe? Not Dallas. Maybe the Packers but, they're a one man show. Not Detroit. 49ers are done. Cards I just don't believe in.

AFC? I'd rather be them than Denver. Maybe KC? San Diego is the AFC version of the Packers, all about the QB. Cinncy? I'd rather be the Rams than the Pats because I think Brady is at the end and with him goes that dynasty. Colts? Maybe them.

In any event, I like where they are with Fisher and Greggggggg and they are on the way up.

Considering the Cards' current record, I think we will go 8-8 with us losing tomorrow. Palmer + Fitz = Cards win (that is, if both are playing).

Detroit desperately needs a legitimate running game!

I honestly thought they were going to call up Ray Rice. Popular decision or not...

That way he'll never beat anyone again.

:lmao:

Same thing here in Tampa. The Bucs, under the sage:lmao: guidance of Lovie Smith, will not win again because of his insane attraction and love for Josh McCown as the starter for the rest of the season. So much for Lovie's insistence that Glennon is the QB of the future.
