I'm just passing the word about a wonderful re-upholsterer. I think I got his name from this forum somewhere but am not sure.

He learned the trade from his father, and he has been in business for himself for over 20 years. He re-upholstered a couch and two swivel rockers for us and did a superb job. In a few months I plan to have two wingback chairs recovered and I plan to call Mac for the job.
He does: re-upholstering, refinishing, window treatments, wall-to-wall carpeting, draperies and blinds

Our couch looks great, thanks to him. He was out here a few months ago, what a nice guy. I had asked for a recommendation here a while back and his name had been given. I'd recommend his work to anyone.
). Centered the pattern and explained exactly how much material needed to be bought to do it, gave good advice on padding options also. I'd definitely recommend him.
