Adopt me please !
In January I noticed that I could no longer send/receive text messages or phone calls on my cellular phone inside the building at work when I have no cellular signal. Up until then I had used the WIFI with no issues. WIFI still works for everything else on my phone, just not texting and phone calls. Now I literally have to go outside for about 10 minutes to let my phone send/receive text messages. When I looked the problem up online I discovered the problem may be tied to an Android OS update. How can I get around this?
