Recommendation for divorce lawyer

Perhaps. There is always two sides to the story. The spouse that files for the divorce can make the other spouse look like a monster, but there is always more to the story, such as she was the one cheating, she wasn't putting out, she was emotionally abusive, etc. Still, she'll get women in her support group telling her to "go after this" and "go after that," and "here's what you can do."

Agreed! Regardless of the issue, there was/is a fundamental issue that the couple aren't on the same page emotionally anymore. If divorce turns out to be the outcome, there is no need to "milk" the man for everything he has just because someone is bitter. I've seen so many women go after their spouse for everything under the sun just to be spiteful. Those woman give the rest of us a bad name!

My vote is for Heidi Dudderar. I visited her last week (not a divorce consult, so no speculation.). She was extremely kind, and I really got a good feeling from her. She's located on Rt 235 south next to Wawa on St Andrews/Rt 4.

BTW -- I called and was able to get an appt w/in 2 days. Her consult fee is $75/half hour or $150/hour.

Funny thing is..that is a pointless exercise and waste of attorney's fees in MD. The marital property is split 50/50 irregardless of 'ew screwed around on 'ew. If either party requires an attorney at all, its only (or should only be to) to make sure the 50/50 is properly worked out. So in every instance where there is infidelity involved, it can always be argued (and always IS argues) that the MD process was not 'fair' to one side, usually the party that was cheated on.

these unfortunate events can happen sometimes if you spend more time riding your horses than your mate...

Now is your chance to get jewelry, vacations, and horses from him. :yay:

See what I mean? See post #21.

Yeah...and then tell everybody how she worked for everything she has and earned it based on merit.

Wow, bitter much?
