Walsh was a long time NFL assistant and could be considered the offensive coordinator before there was that title before he went to Standford and I don't count Switzer. He came in and took one of the greatest teams in NFL history, personally blowing the NFC championship game his first year and winning the SB the second.

Technically, you're correct about Barry but, that, for damn sure, was not a situation like my beloved Redskins. :buddies:

I think i counted only 51 coaches have ever been to a superbowl and of those only 21 have been more than once. I knew there were a lot of repeats but damn didn't realize it was that many.
